How committed are you to losing fat, getting strong, and/or feeling healthy?
(I'm just looking for workout sessions and nothing more.)
(My physique and health goals are important to me, but I haven't really thought about how much effort I'm willing to put in.)
(My personal health and fitness goals are one of the highest priorities in my life right now. I understand that there is no magic pill and I'm absolutely committed to working with the Fit2Go team to design an exercise and nutrition plan that realistically fits in my life. I want this to be the final fitness program that I will ever have to start.)
