I’m Dani. I live in Canton (I’m the only house without a dog), and for the last 4 years, I’ve run Fit2Go — Baltimore’s in-home personal training service for busy professionals.
I’ve found that the biggest challenge for busy professionals isn’t actually “self-discipline”.
It’s time.

So flip the script.

That’s what these smoothies are all about. They’re delicious, packed with whole, nutrient-dense foods, and they take 30 seconds to make.
We created them for our clients, but since we can only work with so many clients at a time, we decided to give them out for free to the rest of the Baltimore community.
