Before I give you these smoothies, let me introduce myself real quick.
I’m Dani. I live in Canton (I’m the only house without a dog), and for the last 4 years, I’ve run Fit2Go — Baltimore’s in-home personal training service for busy professionals.
I’ve found that the biggest challenge for busy professionals isn’t actually “self-discipline”.
If you’re always on-the-go like my clients and I are, then you might be eating crap just out of convenience.
You might be eating fast food…just because it’s fast.
You might be living in a reactive state.
So flip the script.

We created them for our clients, but since we can only work with so many clients at a time, we decided to give them out for free to the rest of the Baltimore community.
