We’ll sometimes use calorie and macronutrient tracking as a short-term strategy with our clients — but even that isn’t a long-term solution. You’re not going to enter everything you eat into an app for the rest of your life.

Our approach is to look at your current eating habits and then make small, but consistent, changes.

Your grandmother can legally call herself a “personal trainer” and start offering her services tomorrow.

Each Fit2Go trainer is nationally certified from one the top 3 organizations in the country (NASM, ACSM, or ACE). Most also hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in exercise science or kinesiology.

Have access to a gym at your apartment or office? Great.

Have some of your own exercise equipment that you want to incorporate into your personal training program? Also great.

Don’t have anything at all? Still great.

Many Fit2Go clients workout in their living rooms and don’t have any of their own equipment. We’ll provide everything you need for your workout.

All you need to do is show up.

Actually… we come to you. So, technically, you just need to not leave.

We’re not selling personal training sessions; we’re improving long-term quality of life.

As such, each Fit2Go client receives his/her trainer’s cell phone number and email address so that they can communicate at any time throughout the program.

It’s a unique bond that is created between client and trainer, as they both work diligently towards improving the client’s quality of life.

Our clients often stay close with their personal trainers for years after their programs have ended.

Ideal for: Busy schedules, Disinterest in gyms, Convenience

Your trainer will be at your door early morning, after work, or whenever is most convenient for you. All equipment will be provided.

All we need from you is 45 minutes slated off your schedule.

Outdoor Personal Training

Plans starting at $85 / week

Ideal for: Nature-lovers, Disinterest in gyms, Parents & Pet Owners

Meet your trainer at a local park or other agreed upon location. (Feel free to bring your kids and/or pets!)

Semi-Private Personal Training

Plans starting at $65 / week (per person)

Ideal for: Saving money, Friends, Couples

Start your fitness journey together with one or more friend(s). You will share your session time, however you will each receive your own personalized fitness program.
