Meet your trainer at a local park or other agreed upon location. (Feel free to bring your kids and/or pets!)


Ideal for: Saving money, Friends, Couples
Start your fitness journey together with one or more friend(s). You will share your session time, however you will each receive your own personalized fitness program.
Meet with our Fitness Director to go over your health history & fitness goals, and discuss your personalized fitness program.
