What is Fit2Go Personal Training?

Fit2Go Personal Training is Baltimore’s in-home health & fitness coaching service.

Founded in 2013, Fit2Go has changed the lives of many individuals in the Baltimore community. We’re a locally owned company that believes fitness should not be seen as a chore, but rather as an amazing means of enhancing one’s quality of life.

Who We Are

The Fit2Go team is composed of nationally certified personal trainers in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Since the personal training industry is unregulated, we are incredibly selective about the trainers we hire, only accepting applicants from the top 3 organizations in the country (NASM, ACSM, and ACE). Each Fit2Go client receives a completely personalized exercise & nutrition program designed by his/her trainer, which is in turn overseen by our director.

Diets shouldn’t be stressful. Workouts shouldn’t be punishment. There is nothing that gets me more excited than inspiring a new passion for fitness in someone to unlock the best version of his/herself.

In addition to his role with Fit2Go, Dani serves as a fitness expert for national publications such as Reader’s Digest, Muscle & Fitness, and SHAPE Magazine; and teaches hundreds of thousands of trainers around the world as an advisor to the Personal Trainer Development Center.
