The process starts with a complimentary fitness consultation to assess your goals, starting point, and lifestyle. Our Fitness Director then works with your trainer to design a personalized fitness program that works for you.Each workout and each exercise that you perform is hand selected to systematically progress you from where you are now to where you want to be.

Sessions Where You Want Them

In-home, outdoors, at the office gym — wherever you like.
No more wasted time driving to and from a gym. No more dodging strangers’ sweat and creepy stares.
Our trainers come to you and bring all necessary equipment for your workout.

Nutrition Coaching

Have you ever been excited to start a diet?
Neither have we.
More importantly, diets don’t work.
“Going on a diet” implies that you will eventually be coming off that diet, at which point you will likely gain back all the weight you've lost (or more).
Our approach is to look at your current eating habits and then make small, but consistent, changes.
Why? We want your results to last for life.

Exercise Equipment

We'll provide everything you need for your workout.
All you need to do is show up.
Actually...we come to you.
So, technically, you just need to not leave.

Nationally Certified Personal Trainer

You'll work with one of the top personal trainers in Baltimore.
Each Fit2Go trainer is nationally certified from one the top 3 organizations in the country (NASM, ACSM, or ACE).

24/7 Trainer Support

We're not selling personal training sessions; we're improving long-term quality of life.
As such, each Fit2Go client receives his/her trainer's cell phone number and email address so that they can communicate at any time throughout the program.
It's a unique bond that is created between client and trainer, as they both work diligently towards improving the client's quality of life. Our clients often stay close with their trainers for years after their programs have ended.

Baltimore Home Personal Trainer

In-Home Personal Training

Plans starting at $85 / week

Ideal for: Busy schedules, Disinterest in gyms, Convenience

Your trainer will be at your door early morning, after work, or whenever is most convenient for you. All equipment will be provided.

All we need from you is 45 minutes slated off your schedule.

Outdoor Personal Training

Plans starting at $85 / week

Ideal for: Nature-lovers, Disinterest in gyms, Parents & Pet Owners

Meet your trainer at a local park or other agreed upon location. (Feel free to bring your kids and/or pets!)

Semi-Private Personal Training

Plans starting at $65 / week (per person)

Ideal for: Saving money, Friends, Couples

Start your fitness journey together with one or more friend(s). You will share your session time, however you will each receive your own personalized fitness program.
