Here’s how to perform the Resistance Band Bicep Curl during your home workout.

Step 1: Stand on the band with your feet about shoulder width apart.

Step 2: Keeping your elbows pinned to your sides, curl your hands to your shoulders and hold for 2 seconds.

Step 3: Slowly lower down to return to the starting position.
