How To Automate Your Fitness Routine

Most people think that fitness comes from healthy decisions.

They’re wrong.

Very wrong.

Sure, healthy decisions may help in the short-term. But as long as you rely on those decisions, they’ll always be your bottleneck.

You’ll work hard to make every “good” decision … and each decision will only yield a drop of results.

So eventually, like everyone else, you’ll hit decision fatigue. You’ll burn out. Exhausted and overwhelmed, you’ll revert back to your old unhealthy habits.

This is what most people do. This is why most people fail.

But you can be different.

If you want to win at the long-term fitness game — if you want to *really* build the body of your dreams and become the strongest, healthiest, most energetic version of yourself…

… you need to stop making healthy decisions.

Be proactive — remove the decision altogether.

Let’s be clear:

You want to organize your daily routines, so that fitness becomes your DEFAULT setting.

It should require a decision for you to NOT work out and eat healthy. Your healthy habits should be what happen by default, when no decision is made.

So here’s what I want you to do:

Proactively design your daily routines. Work smarter, not harder.

Let’s make your fitness dreams become reality.

Stay busy. Stay Fit.
