This 10-minute workout uses the Fit2Go Resistance Band Kit, designed specifically for busy professionals to maximize results in minimal time. It can be performed in your home, office, hotel room, or anywhere at anytime.

Here’s how it works:

This workout is composed of 10 different arm exercises. You’ll perform each movement for 45 seconds.

I’ll be demonstrating each move for exactly 45 seconds, so feel free to just play the video and follow along with my tempo.
